A Blog Grows in Brooklyn

Welcome to No Shush Zone, brought to you by Brooklyn Public Library. Every week, we’ll scour the internet, the air- waves and the bookshelves (and even talk to some live people) to let you know what’s going on and what you can do about it. Whether it’s library events, seasonal celebra- tions, pop culture or the impending robot revolution, we’ll give you the scoop, and also direct you to some places where you can learn more.

Even more important, we want to start a conversation with you. Let us know what you like about us and what you don’t (but be nice!), and let us know what topics you’d like to hear more about.

Thanks for checking us out, and we’ll talk to you soon!

The picture was taken at the Oro Valley Public Library, outside of Tucson, Arizona. The sculpture is called The Tree of Knowledge.
