It's national hamburger month and in homage to the holiday, we would like to celebrate one of the great American hamburger extraordinaires of yester-year: J Wellington Wimpy.
J. Wellington Wimpy, or Wimpy as he was known by most, is a well-dressed gent, a friend of Popeye and godfather to SweePea. Wimpy weighs 300 hamburgers and is 30 hamburgers tall. Here are some other fun facts about Wimpy: 
- He is a native of California
- He weighs 300 hamburgers
- His IQ is reported as 326
- He earned 24 college degrees
But of course he is best known for his infamous line, "I’ll gladly pay you Tuesday for a Hamburger today.”
So the next time you go to your favorite burger joint, and you can’t quite make a selection remember this- Burgers can’t be choosers!
