Move over Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden. Brooklynites now have a new go-to spot for hot new sounds and eclectic beats. This fall Brooklyn Public Library will once again host a free concert series on the Central Library Plaza.

On Saturday, September 13 at 2 PM, check out Nepo Soteri with opening act The Charles Moore Dance Company. Soteri is influenced by the raw rhythms and stylized sounds he heard in Tanzania, Kenya and Ethiopia where he spent his youth traveling as a refuge. The Charles Moore Dance Company opens this free concert.
Then on Saturday, September 20 at 2 PM,
Claude Gomis with satisfy your musical taste buds with his eclectic mix of dance hall, ska and funk music.
