In less than two months, we’ll all be making New Year’s resolutions. Some of us will commit to exploring new corners of the city. Others will vow to start a new business. And some of us will just promise to read more. No matter what, though, we’ll all have the same question: Where to start?
You can figure out the answer by signing up for one of BPL’s free Email Book Clubs. We offer 14 different clubs—including thrillers, classics, business, emerging authors and children’s books.
Each week, you’ll get two to three chapters of a new book sent to your email, spread out over five days. By the end of the week, you'll have read enough to decide whether or not you want to stop by your neighborhood Library and pick up the whole book. If you sign up now, you’ll get to sample at least eight books by the end of the year, just in time to start filling out that New Year’s reading list.
If you’d rather just dive right into a book without sampling, we also have a host of other reading lists to help you find new and unexpected titles.
I just subscribed to the bi-monthly “classics” book club—how about you?
